Fitting the MkII Cyclone Use crank remover to remove the nuts from the cranks. Use crank puller to remove the chain wheel and cranks The distance between Real wheel and Bottom bracket must at least 82 mm Remove the nut from the bottom bracket , or remove cartridge Remove the axle from the bottom bracket and replace with the longer axle or new bottom bracket cartridge Put the motor’s mounting bracket on rear fork. Put the motor on mounting bracket Put the freewheel-chainwheel & crank on the axle. Add some chain (about 3 links) Fix the cranks using crank remover Put the chain over motor’s sprocket and adjust the motor to the right height, make sure the nut is fixed tightly Put the motor throttle on the right hand side. Put the gear grip on the left hand side Plug in the throttle’s plug in to motor side controller plug Plug the batteries power cord to motor’s power cord. All Done!
